Quotations and booking
Website content and enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. Transport is confirmed only when the itinerary, vehicle category, price, payment arrangements and applicable commercial terms have been agreed.
Vehicle specification
Capacity pages describe broad vehicle categories. Exact makes, models, seating layouts, luggage capacity and amenities vary and are subject to the vehicle assigned. Essential features must be confirmed in writing before booking.
Itinerary changes
Changes to dates, times, stops, waiting, passenger numbers, route or vehicle requirements may affect price and availability. Airport, venue, attraction, road and security conditions can also require operational changes.
Travel documents and access
The organiser is responsible for ensuring passengers hold any travel documents, tickets, permissions or entry requirements needed for the journey. Venue admissions, guides and attraction tickets are not included unless stated in the quotation.
Customer responsibilities
The organiser should provide accurate passenger, itinerary and contact information and promptly report material changes. Final commercial, cancellation, refund, waiting-time and amendment terms supplied with the quotation or booking confirmation govern the confirmed service. These terms should receive owner and legal review before publication.
